    24v swapped w/ e36 steering rack...

Need to know which power steering line to use from the resevoir to the rack. The e36 line will not work, and neither will the e30 325i line.

    Thanks in advance.

I used the e36 line but bent it all up to fit and bolted it to the frame rail.

you can just cut the metal hard line and use a differnt hose with a hose clamp on it if that will work. since it is low pressure

        Thanks for the replies.
I just ordered up a e36 318 return line that should be in on Monday so we'll see if that fits.

I snipped a few inches off and it fit well.

              Made up lines.

I went to a hydraulic line shop. They cut the banjo fittings off and soldered their compression fittings to them. The cost was $60 for the high pressure line. They do this everyday for construction equipment, tractors, etc.

I bent an e36 line up to get it to fit - made sure I didn't kink it of course!
