    Steering shimmy

I'm getting shimmy in my steering wheel. It gets worse on uneven roads, but still does it on flat roAds.
New suspension parts in the front, new tie rods, wheel bearings.
Z4 steering rack swap, fresh alignment. New brake rotors
Did the the 12-6 test no movement. 3-9 test virtually no movement might be in my head.
Tried 2 different sets of wheels. I have spacers but there hub and wheel centric, for the stock wheels.

With the z4 rack there is no steering coupler, and the lollipop bushings look good. Although I still want to replace them.
