blue tag steering rack

hey

im sure everyone has had enough with rack swap posts, but im hoping someone can help clear up/tell me what ive got. i couldn't find anything in any searches but maybe im not looking hard enough.

anyways ive got a blue tag e46 steering rack from i believe a 2003 model. tag number: 6 755 068.
just running the input shaft l2l it seems to be 3 - 3.2 turns. is this a good candidate for a swap?

any info is appreciated.

Yes I just put in a e36 rack that's 3.2 turns paired with some new lemfo inner outer tierods from e36 made the car into a go kart. Very sharp steering at the same time butter smooth. I like the progressive feature it has which gets even "pinchier" when traveling faster, awesome for spirited driving and pair that with a smaller steering wheel than 380mm and you won't even take your hands off the wheel. By far one of the best things I have done to my car. Changed the complete feel.
