    Hub Adapter Stuck

Recently invested into a crappy chinese hub adapter in my e30. Was told by the seller to push it in by hand and then tighten as per normal as the splines were a bit sticky. I tightened it and tightened it and eventually it became too tight. It as now stuck to the point where the wheel has locked and i cant even turn my key. Any tips on how to remove this would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks

Which one did you buy? The wheel has a torque spec, not sure what it is. You may be looking for a steering column now. Post some pics/links

I went though this as well, to pull it off i rented a autozone 3 jaw puller and used that to pop it off.

we ended up repeating this process about 20 times, and finally it felt like how it normally feels going on and off. not saying i would recommend this, because you are liable to fuck up your splines on your steering shaft

thats the exact one I bought, its a POS, it works, but not as easy to install as stock wheel or a real momo.
you shouldn't have to use the locking nut to press the wheel on, should just slide on and then tighten the nut so it doesn't come off.

For the peace of mind, I'd go with the momo. Getting a 3 jaw puller or renting plus time it'd probably end up costing the same as momo.
