How to Seperate Steering Knuckle?

I'm in the middle of doing an E36 rack swap and hit a snag when trying separate the knuckle. The rivets have been ground down but I'm having trouble popping out the Rivets. I tried a Phillips head and a hammer but no go. For those that have successfully separated the knuckle, how did you pop it out?

I drilled it out.
That was the hardest part of the whole rack conversion.
The end result was worth it though.

Drill em out. Ive done it twice now, first time i dremmeled off the top of the rivet.. took way more work then drilling it out.
