Do Z3 sway bars fit e30s?

I know the whole trailing arm suspension works, so I'm assuming the sway bars work as well.

Reason I'm asking is that I found that MZ3 rear sways are $120 locally, brand new. Those suckers are 18.5mm. Mmmm, Beefy.

What would I be looking to get and from what car to get this to work? (sway bar links, etc)

I'm running stock up front. I got the pictures from RealOEM and it didnt quite match as the ends of the Z sways are threaded.

I'm not sure about mounts, which is why I'm asking. :)
