    I will reiterate two things in this thread other people have said:
    1. Disconnect the rear sway. I noticed my car got a lot better behaved after doing so and it didn't make me any slower on the AutoX course.
    2. Dial out as much rear negative camber as you can. My car had -4° after lowering it (GC's at max height) and did not handle well. I didn't measure toe but it was probably bad as well. The adjusters are definitely required for a lowered E30 to make it handle well. In my experience, the cam bolt styles ones slip, so I'd suggest getting the saw tooth style, they're just a lot more difficult to adjust.

      Glad i found this, I am wrapping up an S52 swap in my 318i that also has ST sways, been wondering about this.
