Koni street struts for 89 vert

I recently purchased a set of Koni street front struts from Bav auto, I purchased the correct strut towers that they suggested, but noticed that the strut inserts from Koni didn't come with new gland nuts, the existing struts I had in there were KYBs and that gland nut doesn't fit(too short) does any one know if OEM fits Koni's or if Bav Auto forgot to send the Koni gland nuts with the inserts?

Koni’s dont come with gland nuts. You have to buy the OEM ones as the KYB ones clearly don’t work. Part number is 31321117376
