I have had the damn endlinks pop off of my '87 325is usually within 3 or 4 hours of re-installing them.
This time though, I got smarter. I took the end link off and lubed the bushings where the mounting bolt passes through. Then I made sure that end could still move, basically backing to nut off just enough to allow movement.
3 weeks later, no more issues. Nice balanced cornering.
Endlinks still attached.
