    KW Coilovers

Does anybody own these? Variant I or II?

I want to know how the dampening is and the spring rate...

    Super bump.

Also, how low can they go compared to GC/C3's?

KW Coilovers, from what I have seen, are just a little bit better than the GC's.
Since they have to be MOT (I just woke up, I can't really remember what it is) certified over in Europe then I can definitely say that they are going to be high quality. GC doesn't even have to meet some standard, KW does.

Whether this is useful or not, I have two friends, both running KW v2's. One is on a 1993 325i, and the other is a 08' 335i. I've heard nothing but awesome things about them, and as far as how long you can go...

I run KW V3's on my S2000 track car and can't say enough good things about them. They're a bit overkill for a DD, but if you're building the e30 for track/autox I say go for it!
