Hey Guys,
Just got back from the mechanic with my bro. He had his ES suspension looked at.
What he needs:
New Spring
New Control Arms
New strut assemblies
Total 900 including tax. This is from a mechanic that hooks us up so we know we aren't getting shafted because some one else qouted at $1500...AHHH!!
Are these things hard to change out ourselves with minimal experience but probably most the tools we need, unless there is something special that I don't know about.
Any Opinions on what we should do? That is getting very close to what the car is worth.
Also is if we tighten everything up will that put more stress on the original rack n' pinion and cause it to blow?
