Anyone tried an Electric P/S pump?

I'm thinking of trying to use an electric P/S pump to remove some of the clutter in the engine bay as well as being able to adjust the amount of assist the steering has. Have heard several good things about this and it seems like a pretty simple thing to do. Has anyone tried this?

If you're looking for hp advantage, don't bother. You're gaining hp through having no drive belt, but then losing it since there is more load on the alternator. That seems to be the main selling point from manufacturers and it is misleading.

Not looking for HP, S52 has plenty to work with. Just looking to clean up the engine bay a bit and add something of my own. I also plan on adding a P/S cooler using easy to install loop in front of radiator.
