    planning suspension

well, im about to start ordering stuff for the suspension upgrade,

im going with HR/ bilsteins, with the suspension techniques swaybars. im also getting new strut/shock mounts, and the sways come with poly bushings. so thats all that.

    now a few questions,

***Should i do the rear trailing arm/ subframe bushings while im at it? (i know this is a Yes answer, but i dotn want to)
-- And should i replace these with stock rubber, or get the urethane bushings here too? (mainly street car, maybe a track event one day.)
-- any prolems with the IE bushings? anything better/ cheaper?

*** Front sway links, i think i want adjustable, do i need them in my case? does the ST package come with adjustable links, or links at all?
--any suggestions other than the IE front links? (or should i make my own.. links?)

and last, the front subframe has no bushings correct.. (just making sure)

    Thanks for helping!

I would recommend Urethane CABs. I use AKG, they are excellent. If you do not want extra noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) these are the best compromise available, IMO.

I would do new rear subframe bushings stock, then do urethane or delrin trailing arm bushings.

If you can spare the extra $80 or so, do all 4 ball joints now, unless you already know yours are pretty fresh. Lowered/sprung etc. makes them fail faster. There are few things more annoying than having to tear apart the whole damn thing you just did because you wanted to save a buck or two.

I suggest new rear shock mounts. IE gets my vote.
