Getting new susp. need your opinion

I'm kinda sick of the H&R cup-kit, it's too soft, and I really am into autocross and driving like a dick .. soo i'm gonna need something much stiffer, and also @ a affordable price.. My budget is 1k. Not including the 25/22 MM IE Adustable sway bars. I am really leaning towards Koni Adjustables & some GC coilovers. My question is, what is the best spring rates I could get for a 91 4dr with my swaybars?

Have you ever put your car on scales and properly done your corner weighting? Spring rates should be calculated based on corner weights among other things.
