Looking for a thread about springs

Yes, I searched (or I suck at it)

I had stumbled across a thread at one point that had a list of spring rates by manufacturer and model, along with part numbers. Since some of the H&Rs vary by year.

If someone knows where I can find that thread, would you please let me know...
