Have you checked the RTAB's and subframe bushings? If they are bad things are going to be twitchy.

The problems when accellerating in a straight line are problably going to be the tires or tire pressure (rears too high). But if the car is oversteering badly in corners you may have shifted too much weight to the front wheels. You can find out if that's the case by having the car corner weighted. If the balance isn't seriously off you may be able to adjust the coil-overs and still use these springs.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

sounds to me like you need to change your driving style or learn how to drive. i drove a car with 290whp and 185/65-14 tires in the back on wet roads and there's no reason you should be peeling or sliding in a straight line. on cornering idk my e30 has bad bushings and bad alignment all over the place, i do drifting events so i can tell you that a stock e30 is tail happy.
click on it its real. 3rd gear approved
      No more e30s for me.

I have the same rates, and mostly everything else is identical.

The car understeers, no question about it. I'm using 185 winters right now, the car will still plow in steady state cornering. Same deal with 225 summers. Of course I can "convince" the car sideways, but you have to manhandle it.

Just for reference. I let my buddy drive it. He has 10 more years driving experience then I do, many track days and had a race car for a couple seasons and he agrees that my car is definetly set up "weird" and that the ass end does feel like it would step out in the dry. Somethings strange with the set up. The front shocks are set up right in the middle of full soft and full hard. I'm going to play with the tire pressure a bit.

There is something wrong with your car. It should not be as bad as you make it sound.

also, your control arms should be angled downward from parallel, not angled upwards.......

Hey K-Swiss. Do you have any photo of your car. I'd be curious to see your suspension...
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.
