e36 fit my e30vert?

i am aquiring some koni adjustable shocks (yeller) and some tein springs off a e36 sedan. are these direct bolt ons?

i can't use anything i found off this part car. the perfect vaders don;t even fit. ugh.

can i just use the shocks atlest or the bolt sizes different? or what makes it so i can't swap out the rear shocks? i defn. need new rears.
