    In the front there is a knob, but in the rears unless you get the special top adjustables you have to unbolt the shock and physically twist it.

      it's really easy to change the stiffness, just get the rear ones with the top adjust, I didn't....wish I did.....
      go to the gallery and look up my s/n and there are pics of my red 325i with the suspension set up on it. oh, and I was running 195/60/14's....
