    progressive H+R

I know everybody uses this set up, but is it really good to use H+R springs (which as far as i know are progressive) with bilstein sports? I thought you weren't supposed to use progressive springs with bilsteins?

I have a H&R Cup kit on my car and I am 95% sure that the combo they sent me was progressive rate springs and bilstein sports. I could be wrong but that is my understanding. If that is the case I love the setup. Highley recommended!
