    Suspension Techniques Swaybar INSTALL HELP?

I'm having my sway bars installed (no place to work on it myself right now, grr) and the shop called - I guess it's a real PITA getting the rear bushings on and lined up to the right place?

Anyone else have issues? Talked to Drew @ Turner, they confirmed "yep, it's a bitch" but had no real suggestions :( Should we just keep wrestling with it or is there a "work smarter not harder" solution? :D

Pretty much, yeah, they are a bitch. I had one person pull on the sway bar as hard as they could, so I could get the second mount on. Those bushings are right at the bends of the bar. :x

In the end we needed 3 people to do it for the exact same reason. One person was on the other sgide of the car with a leverage bar, pushing the bar outwards to give you the clearance we needed, another person was flipping down the bracket for the bushing and holding it down in place, and the last one threaded the bolts in.

        Yup, big pain

i just got done doing mine. took abot 30 mins start to finish. i put 1 bushing on and left the bolt loose and the after seeing how much of a pain in the ass it was to try and pull, i used a big c-clamp on the opposite side. i hooked the top of the clamp around the sway bar and put the other side on the frame rail by the shock mount and just pulled the bar with the clamp until i could line the bolt up. i got the second bolt started a few threads and let off the clamp before i tightened everything securely.
