    sway bar choice

    ST 22/19 or IE 25/22? Street use mainly with ocassional track.
    Already have billy sports + H&R.

    what kind of h+r springs? And if you want some comfort go with the ST's and if you want to feel the road and feel like your driving a go kart go with IE's(i would go with them).

        IE or ST 22/19 sways is really quite a lot of roll stiffness. It is completely adaquate for the track and not overly stiff on the street. Be sure to weld in reinforcments on the rear sway link tabs on the trailing arm
        The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

          I'm looking at the st's. I've not had luck with anything from IE fitting correctly lately... Spec e30 guys love the IE bars though

            I recently put st's in my car and they perform well. As far as fitting correctly, the front bar fit perfectly but the rear was a jerk to get in. It took me a lot of work to get it in properly and I wasn't completely happy with the rear bar's end links that it came with but they work.

              I haven't done the install yet but I read in another thread that you can use a C-clamp to pull the rear sway bar into place.
