Bilstein Sports, do I need foam bump stops?

Whats up guys. I'm installing my new Bilstein sports and I've read in various threads that they ahve internal bump stops, but i'm confused. Do I still put those foam things on under the dust guards too? Front and rear?
    Thanks!

What happens if you don't have bumpstops in the rear? I've been running mine w/o any in the rear for almost a year :(.

Nothing until you go over a jump or are loaded down so heavy that the shock and spring is compressed 100%

Then what happens...That bumpstop is a small piece of thin rubber it looks like.
