So i recently bought the 55/35 kit for my 89 cabby, but im think it might sit a little to high for my taste. Im going to running 16x7 Alpina wheel, so what should i do to achieve nice drop that will keep that wheel gap to a bare minimum. take out spring pad? get the bekker drop hat? find someone selling the 60/60 springs and switch out? thanks for the help

60/60 will look too dumped in the rear, 55/35's and 60/40's are fine if you're not running a euro wheel/tire setup, eg.215/40/16's

I think you're good with 55/35's especially with a 16x7 wheels you could run a 215/45/16 or 225/45/16 which will not be stretched and will fill out the wheel wells nicely.
