    Cosmo coil-covers

    I wanted to know if i was to buy the cosmo coilovers would i be able to change the spring to lower height then to keep the height it comes with? And i have the shocks already and i want to try to lower it more then it is. does anyone knows wat im saying is there anything else i would need to buy to complete this project? let me know guys so i could start and post the picks up. thanks

    you can either get shorter springs from GC... they're all 2.5"ID springs

    or you can grind off your spring perch, and weldin another perch lower than where the stock one sits now

      Cosmo coilovers come in two different spring rates you have to tall them and ask....if you go with the 8/10kg.mm ~450/560 you HAVE to tell them to give you a 5" spring on the rear.

      furthermore, their coilovers are 2.8inch ID springs so GC 2.5" ID eibacs will NOT work. the Cosmo setup is just as good, and it even has a teflon piece between the adj sleeve and the spring to eliminate squeeks or watever its for i bought though their site for custom spring rates and a longer sleeve. They are aluminum sleeves though idk if GC are steel, so welding will be an issue here, but in any event, the adjuster secures the same way
