H&R question

hey i have these H&R's that i recieved and they look kinda big for my car/. the writings on them say,

H&R 12/2000
H&R BMW 3/1 VA

can anyone tell me what springs they are? and for which model/

I do not know but will post on friday what my H & R race springs have on them. I am out of town and will be back late tomarrow evening and can check what my races have on them to compare with. Which ones did you order and for what car ? My race springs were considerably shorter than my factory 325i springs but of course the coils were alot thicker than the stock ones
