    lowering 60/50: need fenders rolled

Ok, so Im in on the 60/50 lowtec lowering in the GB going on. And I would like to run some 16x9 Kerscher Carmonas. People say they wont fit...

    1) how the fuck do you roll fenders?
    2) Do I need to roll the fenders?
    3) is it even worth it, or just go with the 16x7s?
    4) my search button keeps moving when I try to click it.....

You'll still have a nice gap with 60/50's in the front with
16x9's and stretched tires, 70/50 is perfect but I heard these
springs sag so you might be ok.

Your rear fenders will need a slight roll job, google it, it's not
    hard to do.

16x7's look like shit go with 16x9's.

I'll take that advice. What were the ones on your ride, 9s? Thats the sexiest E30 ever prolly... top 5 for sure.

I had 16x9's all around, looks better than staggered imo, thanks
          for the compliment.

I had my rear fenders rolled by a tire shop, they used a fender roller and a heat gun. I ended up needing more of a roll so I took a
louisville slugger and took care of the rest. Wooden bats work good.

I was told to use a wooden bat when I had my 17x7.5s on my old e30, and they wouldnt fit. I guess its "old school". Hopefully I cant fuck this up too badly lol. I'll check with a tire shop around here though. I sell em most of their parts, so hopefully I can get them to do somethin on a slow day.

Wooden bat works fine just don't get too aggressive with it. Most tire shops with rollers charge like $40 a fender in Jersey.

You were told 17x7.5's wouldn't fit?:D Those are narrow as hell. Definitely someone who was old school, they think anything that's
not stock won't work or is not supposed to work.

The 7.5s would barely fit, because the offset wasnt right. He had to use some thick ass generic spacers. This is a ll before I knew anything about ANYHTING.. Thus the chrome wheels lol. But yeah, they wouldnt fit without spacers, and would still rub on turns in the front.

I would rather pay the $40 a fender though, and not risk fucking it up myself.

eh, i rolled alotta fenders on hondas with a metal bat, paint flaked everywhere though, it was hilarious, and not my car.

the real tool works wonders, but you still gotta know what yer doing.
