    Cab this can be interchange!

    I find out this question from other forum member...but i would to know as well!

    Would E36 Springs fit on an E30???

    I know for a fact the rears do. If you are going 5-lug then you can use E36 fronts as well, but you can use E30 springs on E36M suspension too.

      What springs exactly? They will fit but you don't necessarily want them. The spring rates won't be right for an e30 and will probably not lower it like it would an e36. I put stock e36 m3 springs on the back of my old 318is WITHOUT spring pads and it was just as high or higher than stock.
      The grilles really distract you from the fact that someone took a sledgehammer to the front end.

        yea, thats cause the placement of the spring on the control arm versus the placement on our trailing arms. i tried eibach prokit springs from an e36m and it left me with 1 inch fender gap with a 245/40/17 tire. ride felt nice, but stance didnt look very good.

        the front should be the same, no?
