    Rsm Diy?

I was researching RSM's and everyone keeps saying to install them correctly. I always thought it was easy, but just incase, does anyone have a DIY for RSM's?
    TIA

It's really easy. Unbolt the old ones with the shock attached, take the nut off that holds them to the shock. Installation is the reverse. Just remember to put the gasket in between the body and the mount.
The grilles really distract you from the fact that someone took a sledgehammer to the front end.

the hardest part is removing the carpet from your trunk. If your installing aluminum ones like ie, gc, turner, etc., it uses allen bolts that can unscrew while you tighten the nuts so use some red loctite first to make sure the bolts stay in the mount.

most important part is to make sure u have it in this order:

on the top of the shock from bottom up^:
        1. metal washer ~ size of rubber bushing
        2. RSM
        3. metal washer ~ size of rubber bushing
        4. locking washer(optional)
        5. self locking nut.

really, it is very simple. just make sure there are metal washers on both sides of the RSM, and it wont bust out like some ppl have been experiencing.
