Sorry guys but i really know absolutely nothing about suspension.
I'm considering buying this set up second hand from a fellow BMW owner.
i have no interest in the disks and calipers as he will not ship them interstate.
questions are, does anyone have pictures with this set up?
and is there anything i should know about these before i buy them?
I can get pics if it helps.
Thought id post it here 1st to give the sub forums a chance...
We'll see.
Thanks in advance!
james

1990 BMW E30 318is H&R Springs and Bilstein suspension
I have for sale a set of lowerd H&R springs and Bilstein dampers. These two products are the most well ronound and best quality suspension components you can buy for your little BMW. As you can see from the pictures the fronts are mounted in the 318is struts. These struts are the larger diameter design, the same as the 6 cylinder models, as fitted to the 318is, but as the auction includes the struts they should bolt into any E30, including the 4 cylinder models. The springs are lowered 1.5" all round and greatly reduce the body roll, yet are comfortable. The dampers are the Bilstein sport models, that are firmer than the HD and are suited to the stiffer and lower springs. Both the springs and the dampers are only 8 months old, and have not been used for the last 4 of those months, i have reciept to confirm this. The auction includes the brake discs and calipers attached to the struts, ready to bolt in.
