    choose sway bars for trackday

    Hi,
I use my 325is for trackday and i must buy GC coilovers on december.
I have Mtech swaybars 20/14.5 actually.
It is best for me to use large swaybar like ST 22/19 ?
Sorry for my bad english 8-)

What sway bars to use is a function of what springs you'll have. 22/19mm sways work really well in conjunction with H&R race springs or others of similar rate. And if you'd like to save a bit of coin and don't require the adjustability of coil-overs, H&R Race springs, Bilstein Sport shocks and ST or IE 22/19mm sways is a very good combination. I think IE's sway kit is slightly better than the ST kit.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      Thanks, I understand it's a combination shocks/spring/swaybar.
I have Bilstein sport, i want to know if use large swaybar 22/19 (with springs ajusted) is a good choice to track ?

I would start out with just the upgraded shocks and springs, then move onto tires and sways when you get the feel of the car.

ok, but if I buy springs with rate to use with 20/14.5 swaybar, i do to change again springs again if i need later large swaybar, no ?

H&R race springs can be used with stock or larger sway bars.
