noise when I turn "left"

The noise just started today.
Every time I turn left,
I hear a clinking/klunk noise coming from the driver side wheel/suspension area.
Could it be the axle going bad? or the axle boot being cut? the spring/shock messed up?
I haven't hit any curbs or potholes of any sort.
The car is lowered on h&r w/ bilsteins.
I would jack the car up but its raining and I'd figure I ask.

Too many variables. Get under the car and check it out. Make sure everything is torqued and nothing looks worn.
