What where they off of ?

I believe it was off of a 1989 325/i/is. Are the numbers on them going to tell me what model they are for?

Mostly I wanted to know that if anything is missing and if the only thing needed to make them work is springs?

those don't look like e30 parts man. the spring hat/strut mount certainly isn't, and the bottom of the strut doesn't have the integrated carrier/stub axle like ours do. That looks similar to DSM parts.

Definitely NOT from a BMW .

The only thing woth salvaging is the threaded collars and upper & lower spring seats .
And thats only isf you get them for free or like $20 .

they look like FWD or AWD front shocks. I can see where the front wishbone grabs the bottom of the shock and the notch for the bolt..

That being said... they are not for any Honda's that I ever owned judging by the top hat (mount)

I'd pick'em up if they were 10-15$ just for the sleeve/Adjuster
