i took my car to the shop to get some work done. And they told me that my lower conteral arms are shot. So I think this is a good chance to lower my car. Right now I have no idea what kind of package to get. My car is a everyday driver . A 91 325i automatic and every thing is stock so far. Can any help?

First, you need to work on your grammar and spelling.
The lower control arms (which contain the ball joint) really aren't related much in replacing the springs. Yes, there is a little labor overlap, but not much. I would do the springs when you replace your struts/shocks. I like H&Rs but there are numerous alternatives and everyone has their favorites. Just be aware that lowering your car increases the chances of you whacking your oil pan on something, which is pretty common.sigpic
