So I pressed out my old balljoint's, Media blasted the CA's and repainted them, And pressed in new balljoint's. I was wondering if the actual surface where my THR eyeball's pivot was coated in something other than paint? Like some sore of lube coating? I taped them off when I blasted but one got scraped to bare metal in my toolbox on the ride home. The metal isnt marred just the paint is scraped off. You think I can just use rustolium heady duty enamel on it? I dont want to put them back on without fixing adressing this, I dont want to ruin my THR eyeball's.
