under a grand? just get the ground control coilover sleeves/ springs 400$
need shocks though ( look in the group buy section ko performaces is having a sale) bilstein sports for 380. Now your at about 800. Get some new front strut mounts and rear shock mounts and the other odds and ends( self locking nuts, washer, rsm gasket)

Measure the diameter of the front strut tubes and get some sleeves and springs from a circle track website. That's your cheapest bet.
