shocks - M3 vs Mtech

Does anyone know how the Mtech suspension and the OEM M3 suspension compares? Specifically, ride height and shock valving. I have a set of m3 springs and am pondering whether to get the matching OEM M3 shocks or possibly Mtech shocks. Which is stiffer, or is there much difference at all?
