    IE or ST sways?

I'm debating manufacturers for a set of 25/22 sways. I've heard both positive and negative about both, so I'm looking for some more input. Opinions? experiences?

We just installed IE bars. We will report on the handling after the BMWCCA automcross on March 30.

        Update:

Turns out ST does not make their 25/22 kit anymore, only IE provides one now. The stock 325iC front bar is 21mm, and the ST bar is only 22mm. I know the increase in stiffness is related to r^4, but it's still only a small increase in roll stiffness. Is anyone else running 22/19 on a 'vert and have some input? did you notice much of a difference over the stock bar?

I have been running the Energy Suspensions Kit from Turner Motorsports for all most a full season of autocross. First off i would say the fit is not perfect, both bars had there issues. the front requires removing some of the protective undertrays, the rear almost touches the stock springs i have. plus the rear wore out one of it's bushings very quickly because when mounted the bushing is up against the curved part of the bar. I think this mighted be fixed with the replacement bushings i got from IE as i mounted them with their rear bar mounts as well. As for the feel, they are defintly worth the money and the first thing i would recomend to anyone tuning a car. I Just wish they had a little more adjustablility in the rear but all in all a definate improvement.
