    Powerflex CABs slipping out???

    So.
I installed the two-piece Powerflex control arm bushings and the passengers side is nice and tight, with no play between the two pieces. The driver's side however, as soon as i bolted the bracket back in, started squeezing out on one side...why?!

Has anyone else had this problem?

    I'm worried :T

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the powerflex bushings the ones that need a set screw to keep them in place?

no, they're just a two piece concentric bushing...one smaller piece inside of a bigger one.

Oh my bad. I actually heard about these last night, my buddy has them on his 318is. He didn't have a problem with his because he bought new lolli pops and control arms. Maybe your lolli pop is a little worn?

I've had mine installed for about two years and haven't had a problem. Even reused my lollipops.

Lollipops don't really 'wear out'. No reason you can't use them many times.
