ST springs is selling a really great deal on eBay for 70 shipped. I just installed some with a friend on his 325 last night. My mother has H&R race springs on hers and these feel just as good. Search on eBay "E30 318is ST springs" they are 99 buy it now, offer 70 and enjoy!

IIRC IE stage 3's are the same rates as H&R Race, and IE has them for $295.
