Subframe is coming out, what am I forgetting?

I'm doing my suspension next week. Gotta pull the subframe as the trailing arm bushings and subframe bushings are toast. My car is a 325ic. Heres what I've got planned so far:

Subframe bushings, oem rubber filled with resin
    OEM Rear trailing arm bushings
    HR race
    Bilstein sports
e46 meyle HD rear shock mounts
    oem front upper strut mounts
brake lines that run under subframe

The control arms and bushings were recently replaced, although not with m3 offset bushings, so I might do that eventually, probably not for right now. I'm not going with poly bushings as it is a cabrio, seems like they might be too loud and stiff for car that isnt very stiff and already has plenty of squeaks and rattles.

What other wear parts would be easy to replace at this time? Will I need anything for camber correction with the hr races?

That's all you can really replace "while you're in there."

You should get new trailing arm bolt locknuts. These are the same PN as 12 mm guibo locknuts.

Replacing everything with stock is fine, but the stock bushings are kind of a pain to install. Definitely throw them in the freezer before installation.

Is there really a point, what with the body being less stiff in the first place? I'm not planning on tracking the car, theres no bar and no plans for one. But if its a noticeable difference when driving that really does make it feel better, I might consider it.
