maybe its cause i was used my my old billy's... but i just bought myself a set of KONI special D"s

now... with my billy's when i compress them they automatically come back up... sorta like a spring... but the KONI's just stay at the bottom of their stroke... am i just stupid, is this normal... or are they "pre" shot

They have enough rebound damping that without a spring pulling them apart (as installed) they stay that way.....If you were to let it set a day or two they would be back to extended.
