Sways Complete the package?

ok so i have the koni sports, IE stage 3 springs, treehouse racing eyeball arms, vorshlag camber plates, and various other OEM replacement suspension stuff almost ready to go in.
I had considered upgrading both sways along with all that, then decided against it due to money problems... but now i have more moneys again ...so do sways really make a world of difference like everyone says?
and what do the measurements in mm mean? diameter of the bar? and what size would you recomend to go well with my set up. my E30 will be a daily driver 90% of its life with me and at the track 10%

Yes. I have the Suspension Techniques 22mm (front) and 19mm (rear) kit and it made a huge improvement on top of the H&R race springs/Bilstein sports. I am also installing the treehouse eyeball arms this weekend.
