ok, so i finally got the chance to get both wheels off and get a better look.
+all balljoints, tie rods and strut bearings are good.
- rubber boot covering the notches on the rack is broken
while turning from lock to lock with the wheels off, (tried with engine running and not running) it feels very stiff then soft then stiff ...etc
so i figure its the rack.
will any e36 rack give me a quicker ratio?
