ordered suspension. Questions on what I received..

Okay so I ordered Bilstein sports, and I have a few questions to people who have them as well. Did your rears come with covers?(mine didn't) and I heard that the fronts are supposed to be thinner than the rears, but my fronts are thicker. Also only one of them came with a translucent plastic ring, is there supposed to be 2? I'm assuming it connects the cover to the strut housing

Fronts shafts are thicker.

I got 2 of these


which had 2 shocks with 1 nut and washer each




and 2 of these


Which had 1 nut and 1 translucent plastic ring each for a total of two plastic rings

you need to purchase new black plastic covers for the rear shocks. dealership time.

Can I reuse the black plastic covers that are on there right now?

they're not my photos. But I found the 2nd plastic ring, it was under my tool bench in my garage, it must have slipped out
