need suspension advice

my car is about to undergo a suspension upgrade.

im currently employing a stock suspension from a 1989 M3. (its an S52 w 5 lug swap)
wheels are staggered DS2s


any suggestions with regard to coil-over setups?

im not planning to track the car but maybe once every couple months, but i like the idea of being able to dial-in my desired ride, if choose to take it for some laps...

specific brands, spring rates, etc will be much appreciated.

Ground control all the way, but Vorshlag's AST setup is very good and TC Kline is also very high quality. I think C3 motorsports sells a version of the GC kit as well.
