Bav Auto spring rates?

I was curious as to what their spring rates were, so I called two weeks ago and they told me to call back, the guy who knew was on vacation.
So, today I called back. Their response was... "We do not keep nor publish that information, you would have to remove them and have them measured yourself". Is that kinda bullshit or what?
