    Shock Mounts, other ?'s

    OK well I am buying suspension parts (H&R Sports, Bilstein Sports) and wanted opinions on stuff. My car has 140,000 miles on it, so do you think that I should replace the shock mounts?

    Also, are there such things as "upgraded" struts? I know they need replacing, but I don't know if you can buy performance versions of them.
    Also, how hard are struts to install compared to installing shocks/springs?

    they cost about $30 for a pair on ebay.... just do it, they are super easy to install and if you are putting new shocks in you might as well replace the shock mounts as well

      Why are the ones on TMS like $140 then? Are they much higher quality?
