Are E36 H&R springs the same as E30 springs?

    Are E36 H&R springs the same as E30 springs?

    J/W if i can broaden my searches by looking for E36 H&R sport springs as well. Are they the same part number or are they just usable but not exactly the same thing?

      The rears will fit and usually are much stiffer for the E30 cuz the e36 weighs a bit more. I'm not sure about the fronts though.

          The front of a 1995 e36 M3 is the same as e30, no other e36 is the same. One year only.
