      when i bought mine, the guy recommended 450/650 for my bilstein sports. said that would keep them from bottoming out.

        Yeah, stiffer springs when you go low are needed, but when you go too low there isn't much travel left before your ride quality is decreased.

          so you would recommend the camber plates with sleeve/bilstein combo?

          i read with camber plates it becomes an extremely beneficial setup

            I would reccompend camber plates with anything other than stockish springs and shocks to H&R sport or similar springs. The stock upper mounts have a bit of play to them, flex a great deal under load, and add quite a bit to the stack height. Plus, it has been my experience that e30's turn the best with about -3 to -3.5 degrees of camber.
