    H&R sport cup kit spring rates?

    hey does anybody know the spring rates on the srpings of the H&R sport cup kit? and if anyone has this set up can you tell me what you think about them? thanks

    I have the H&R sport cup kit ( I am also selling it ). I love it! I dont know the rates, but I autoX with them and with some sways they worked really really well. The springs are unlike any other H&R progressive rate spring. They are very nice and soft for DD and fairly stiff for racing. I love mine, I am just going with something different.

      for how much your car is lowered by the cup kit, the springs are pretty soft.
